BAGHDAD - USF-I will present live video of the USF-I Change of Command Ceremony in the Featured Video section of our Website’s front page, Wednesday, Sept. 1, beginning at 8 a.m. EDT. This is a great opportunity to witness the transfer of authority from Gen. Ray Odierno to Lt. Gen. Lloyd Austin from the beautiful rotunda of Camp Victory’s Al Faw Palace.
