Iraqi Police donate school supplies to students
Multi-National Force – West PAO

AR RAMADI, Iraq
– Iraqi Police made a stop at two local schools here to meet with administrators and hand out classroom supplies Jan. 17.

The policemen gave the boys and girls at the Khalid Bin Waleed School and Al Intessar School various school supplies including notebooks, writing utensils and Iraqi flags as part of their humanitarian efforts throughout central Ramadi.

More than one thousand men in the first few weeks of this month have applied to become policemen in the city.
While at the school, the policemen met with school officials to discuss the progress of the schools and see what can be done to improve the schools’ conditions.

The policemen were from the 17th Street Security Station in west Ramadi, one of 14 police stations in the city.
